House Excelsior has many of what refer to as "Foodies".   This page is to post the likes to recopies, feasts we have done, and our cooking and serving equipment lists.  Basically it is for all things cooking.

House Excelsior was asked to cook feast for Mid WInter A&S (Jan 28th 2012).   We gladly accepted this great honor.   We planned a great  menu and an even greater presentation

This was the first time that the House hold has taken on a project such as doing a feast for an event.  We all pulled together and spread the menu out and then brought it all together at the event.  We even delivered one of the main courses directly from the stoumach of a deer, and each table recived an eatable chess set.  Click here for lots of pics and recipes.

The following link is for the use of House Excelsior members only.  It is simply an area where we keep a list of our kitchen equipment abd an inventory of our supplies so that all Excelsior foodies know what they have to work with.
