: Local and wild harvest Jams and Jellies, prepared in our certified kitchen and licensed by the Department of Agriculture. we hand make each batch using traditional methods and keeping in the spirit of being period. We have many new flavors from Spicy Chutneys to Amazing Elderberry Jelly. These can be used for grilling, Cheese platters and about anything in between.
We shall serve for the 2nd year, slow roasted and gently smoked local cruelty free grass fed beef brisket. In addition we will have slow smoked to mouth watering perfection pulled pork sandwiches. Plus we will have Oxymel, Coffee and Hot Chocolate (not from Packets). For the sweet tooth we have Heather's famous homemade period recipe Baklava.

Brisket on a stick (Man Pops) $4 a serving w/ bread
Pulled Pork $4 a serving w/ bread (Home made BBQ Sauce)
Boiled Peanuts $2 a cup
Roasted Corn $2 an ear
Baklava $3 serving
Dried Figs & Honey Stix 5 for $100

Hot Chocolate w/ Marshmallows $1.00
Pub Eggs 1- $1.00, 1/2 Dozen-$4.00, Dozen $7.00 (Farm raised Eggs)

If you want to reserve a brisket or partial brisket, please email. I will be arriving on site Thursday to begin cooking.
If you have special requests for specific flavors or Jam, or sugar free/Low Sugar recipes, please email me fairywood2005@aol.com . We will have the Love Potion this year ( Wild Violets and Muscato Wine Jelly) however it is a very limited production so please reserve in advance.
